Septate Hymen.

Okay, I am almost fourteen. I have had my period for about 2 years now. I am niether sexually active, nor have I even been fingered. I have used a tampon two or three times, and each time it was veeerrrry painful, I am positive that the tampon wasn't too dry because it was dripping blood, and my eyes were watering because it was so painful. But the other day I built up the courage, so i was going to try it again... Well all was well until i noticed, after a little research, I have a freaking septate hymen! So now im screwed and i hate nasty ole pads so I just don't know. But my questions are:

1. Do you have to get surgery to remove the septum?
2. If so, is it painful? Do they deaden it perhaps? How long does it take? Will it be sore? And any other helpful things.
3. If I don't have to get surgery what is an easy or atleast kind of easy way to break the septum?

P.S. please feal free to ask any questions or give any other helpful things.
THANKS.

I think I have the same thing. Its really weird because for me it won't go in at all. I have tried relaxing and squatting and It feels blocked off when I push.

To pop your cherry you can get fingered. Thats how mine did. But just make sure that whoever fingers you has clean hands so you cant get pregnant. Im 14 as well. Dont get it removed, it will be painful. You can maybe relax your muscles more when putting in/taking out your tampon.  Thats always makes it easier. But if that doesnt work just talk to your doctor or parent. That may be helpful!  I hope I helped!

One way to pop your cherry would to have sex, but I wouldn't recommend that because your only 14. I know that if you are an active person and excercice alot it can break. I wouldn't suggest removing it because that would just be pointless and painful. You said that you've only ever used tampons a couple times so why do you need to break the hymen? I would just stick to using pads. I know how you feel when you say your scared of tampons. I'm 15 and have had my period for 4 years and I can't even attemt to put one in. I hope I have helped you answer some of your questions!
