I would concider myself a hypracondriact, and whenever i am relly stressed i have a major panic attack... (urg I HATE it.....) I know when It's coming but I can't stop it, and I know all about it, but Sometimes you have to go with the flow.  It doesn't happen often, but when It does.... yeah, I 'm ussally at school. Just great to have to suddenly leave class and freak out in the halls, and teachers see you...  Don't worry too much about it. Mine have gotten less and less compared to years ago...although I still get really scared.  I think it's helps ALOT if you talk to someone. Don't worrry tooooo much about being embarassed if you can help it :)

Hey... yeah, I know how you feel. I definitely have a huge anxiety problem. Not fun. I've never heard that thing about it being harder to recover the younger you are, but I'm pretty sure you don't have much to worry about. In sixth grade, I was just about the most high-strung person in school. I was extremely stressed out on a regular basis, and I can safely say that I've gotten better in four years. I still have panic attacks every so often, but not quite every day, which is good. Anyway, yeah, you shouldn't worry. There's no reason you should be any more worried about it than anyone else with anxiety disorders. :D
