Should I get my period checked out?

Hi,
So I am 14 (turning 15 in July) and I haven't started my period yet
I think I started puberty at about 11, but it seems to have stopped. I have been stuck at Tanner Stage III for about 2 and a half years now
I currently still wear crops tops, as I have no need for a bra
I am about 5'2" and weight about 100lb
I have very little body fat, most of my weight is muscle as I do a lot of dance and I am still in recovery from anorexia (my parents don't know about this)
Should I tell my mum? I REALLY don't want a doctor to do a physical exam
Thanks!
(PS, I am not pregnant. I am a lesbian, after all)
