Want is this dry skin between my thighs?

I'm a teenage girl, and recently, while showering, I noticed that i had some dry skin on the inner sides of my thighs. To further inspect, I sat in front of a body mirror and looked a bit closer. On each inner thigh is a pinkish, almost crepey patch of dry skin that started about two inches out from my vagina, to the small areas on my buttocks near my anal entrance, the areas exposed when sitting down with my legs spread. It's not itchy, painful, or flaky, but it's certainly concerning. Keep in mind that I am on the "heavier" side, rather a that my thighs and hips are thicker, and it is winter, which can add to the possible causes. Please help me figure this out. Thanks!
