Why am I not hungry anymore?

I am a 14 year old nonbinary person and I just never seem to be hungry anymore. I noticed it about a year ago but it only became apparent to others this year. When I wake up I don't even think about food, I make a cup of tea and go on with my day. I do eat dinner but only because my family makes me and I don't want them taking me to the doctor. I was diagnosed with Depression and severe social anxiety, could that be the reason for It? Another strange thing is that I don't gain or lose any weight. What is wrong with me?
