i have the same problem, still a virgin. don't think its anything to worry about. if its more near the base of the penis, its probably fine. if its around the head of the penis, its fine too, as long as they are not popping and oozing puss, or painful, you probably don't have thing to worry about.

im wondering if all of you boys are using enough good old soap and water, your penis should be washedm and risned and patted dry daily, its good hygeine, If you mastrubate to aggressively this can cause irritation at the base of penis, ease up a bit and use some lube,

Hey, Dar. It would help if you could be a little more specific. Are they on his penis shaft? Glans? At the base? Scrotum? All of these are quite normal for a boy your son's age.

If they're in an area that will eventually be covered by pubic hair they're probably just white-heads. (They're very common on the scrotum). These happen when bacteria get into a hair follicle, combine with the oils in there, and create a small infection. This can happen even if he doesn't have hair yet because the follicles are beginning to open in preparation for hair growth. If this is the case, they're easily dealt with. Although I don't recommend anti-bacterial soap for routine preventive washing (we cause bacteria to build up resistance and regular soap works just fine), when there is an infection it can be useful. Have him use it only on the affected are when he showers. They should clear up in 2-3 weeks.

If they're near the glans (head) of his penis they're probably what are called "penile pearls." Not altogether uncommon, they're harmless. We don't know what causes them, they're just outgrowths of skin.
