music

i am a 14 year old female. i have been hearing music in my head a lot, almost constantly. i've been feeling stressed out too, but even when i'm perfectly relaxed i still hear it. i don't know why its there, but i just cant block it out. can someone please help me?

Its completly normal. I have the same thing. Its like a mini iPod in my head. I find it relaxing. It is hard to block out but if you work at it you can do it.

When I hear songs that repeat the same words over and over again I can't get it out of my head either. I think that is normal.

Hi, what you are experiencing is completely normal. In some cases of this, it could be stress from school work or family drama. I had this too when I was younger but it goes away as you keep yourself calm more frequently. There is nothing wrong with you and even if you think that you aren't stressed, your brain can still find little ticks of stress imbalance in your brain, causing you to hear sounds, like how you hear music in your head. Hope you feel better soon
