I am deppressed in life but I am to scared to commit suicide what should I do?

Hi i am only 14 but I'm in love with 1 girl but I'm fat, ugly and I haven't even had my first kiss yet I've been trying to loose weight for years but Its just not working, I've been to weight watchers, slimming world and I have done a lot of Carnegie clubs but I've just been fat all my life, I am very self protective of what people think of me which is why I have not been swimming in about 3 years because I don't feel happy about my body, although i am fairly strong for my age I have delt with a lot of bullying in the past and when people say don't be afraid of telling the teacher if your bullied, well when I talked to the teacher it totally backfired on me and a lot of people did not like me for grassing so I did not have any friends for about a year but in time they did not bully me as much and I made new friends from the people that did not know me as much. Now there is just one girl I've been In love for about a few months and she is mainly the reason why I am still alive in the past I've tryed slitting my own throat but just the thought of this girl stops me every time I've had an overdose of my mums parasetemal before but it didn't work (don't know why, but I was sick for a few days) this girl isn't the most popular person in the world and she definatly isn't a slag so I might have a slight chance with her in the future but I've been very deppressed for a few years and I don't get out much so I am not the most popular person in the world but I get on with people at school so I'm quite sociable at school but out of school I'm always at home and I don't go out really that much with the few friends I have. I really want to be with this girl but we never really talk that much but we are sort of friends as we are both in the same english together, she doesn't know that I really like her and I don't think she has a boyfriend but I'm also scared that she does no I like her because she probably doesn't feel the same as me but I might be scaring her because when she walks into the classroom I can't stop but stare at her until she sits down at her desk I think I'm freakin her out as well when I look at her and she sees me in class, what should I do?

Dude, suicide is first and foremost the last thing on your agenda. Hell, it doesn't belong on any agenda. this girl is just a girl, ok? lots of girls around. if you like her, talk to her, get her to like you. be funny and easygoing, but trustworthy and decisive. about your weight issue, dont call yourself fat or any **** like that. your still a teen and you can grow out of any lovehandles you have. i used to know a kid that was technicaly obese, but when he turned 16 he had a huge growth spurt that left him lean. just remember to eat healthily and 3 times a day. breakfast lunch and dinner. regular excerise and gym help too. dont worry about looking out of place in the gym, cus it wears off. i know from experience. good luck to you and your endeavours, and keep positive. much support bro.

why do you think what other think about you  ? your level of confidence in your self is pretty low. you should go out and see the world a bit more. considered yourself lucky because there are people in way more worst situations than you are. your fat well who cares if you think your fat then it will make you uncomfortable but if you are happy with the way you are you will feel alot better about yourself. women come and go trust me i have been through school and i can remember my first time i ask a girl out ohhhhhhhhh boy ohh boy it was hard at first after that it became bloody easy. swallow your pride and forget what society thinks about (society for you is constricted to faction  in school its a small place and outside nobody really cares about who asks who out or who got rejected or who is fat all they care about is whether your educated and make money). i know so many fat people who have alot of girls trust me they did not need a 6pack last time i checked. ask this girl out and see if she is interested??? you can do it. don t do anything stupid like kill yourself please you have so much more to life than school ok just relax and enjoy and forget about this situation you are in. i have faith in you man best of luck bro cheers

Im 14 also... Suicide is never the answer ive been down that road several time. But when you commit suicide you are not getting rid of your pain. Your just giving it to those who truley care about you. Ive got to say after the third time being hospitalized for attempted suicide the one thing that put evrything into perspective was my mothers face in the er room. It was horrible. Either way ive definatley been in your shoes. Know that if you ever need to tallk i am always hete to listen.

     Well i think you should let her know your feelings before she goes out with someone else, besides you never know until you try she might actually like you and also does not know if you feel the same way. Also i want to encourage you not to give up if she's what you want you might eventually get her. You say you're fat but how much do you exactly weigh and how tall are you besides you're still really young and it would be easy for you to shed the weight. i wish you luck and suicide is never the best option you have your whole life ahead of you.
