5 weeks pregnant no sac or baby

hi, im 20 years old and found out i was preg on the 4/11 the doctor sent me for a scan on the 6/11 and they couldnt see anything? He suggested getting a  lood test and coming back. Im so stressed he also xsuggested  it may  be eptopic or a misscarriage but i havent  had any of those symptoms. My breasts are so tender and ive been feeling nausea, could it be too early to see anything even the sac?

6 weeks is really early a lot of women don't see the baby until 8-9 weeks. i was pregnant with twins and we didn't see our punkin heads until i was 9 weeks along and they still had to magnify them for us. they were just these tiny little tadpoles. get the blood test done and request another u/s in a few weeks.
