Could I be pregnant from being fingered?

My boyfriend fingered me today and he touched his penis and his penis had some sticky (pre-ajaculated ***) on it and he slightly touched my vagina but i stopped him before he could put his fingers in.
Could i be pregnant?
I also want to know if there is any difference between semen and sperm? Cause he said that the pre-*** is just semen and has no sperm in it... i am confused.!!!!

If a guy has not ejaculated recently, his pre-ejaculatory fluid has very little sperm in it, if any.  Google "Cowper's Gland" and you will see that the fluid is not sperm-filled unless the guy had ejaculated beforehand and not had the opportunity to pee and clear out the urethra.  In that scenario (masturbation and ejaculation, followed by a second erection and fluid from the Cowper's Gland coming into the urethra) the pre-c u m would contain sperm from the previous ejaculation.  Otherwise, not.  I think you're not pregnant.

Hey there, I dont't think you have to worry about pregnancy, if he didnt put his fingers inside you and he only had a little semen on his hands it is very unlikely you would get pregnant. To answer the question about the sperm and semen, are the same thing, pre-ejaculatory or the full load, it ALL has sperm in it, semen is jst another fancy word for it. You can tell yor boyfriend now that his *** always has sperm in it and that is how it is very possible to fall pregnant even if your man pulls out, because the pre-ejaculate still has sperm in it. good luck to you and please be careful, all the best :)
