Could I be pregnant?

I had unprotected sex 3 weeks ago(march21st) about 3 days after my period ended and I took plan b ( it was the second time I took plan b the first time was a month ago) the next day March 22nd. Ever since then I’ve been having stomach cramps that come and go to this day. I’ve also been feeling back pain and my chest feels tight. My period is supposed to come in 5 days. I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative. Could I be pregnant? Or why am I having these cramps and a nauseous feeling

It seems you have a long cycle Mar 13 - Apr 16 so your sex CD8 might not have been in the fertile window. Even so Plan B was a good idea. Those high strength hormones can mess with your body in unexpected ways. Run a home pregnancy test when your period is due. I think it will be negative. Buy some condoms and vaginal spermicide of your own so you are better prepared next time. Best of luck.

So, I'm not exactly sure of your timing.  You need to take plan B within 72 hours of having had sex.  Did you do that?
