I've been having some discomfort in my stomach and breasts with some fatigue, which has led me to some concern.

However, my boyfriend and i have not had intercourse.  We have only fooled around, each time atleast one of us has had clothes on, and no ejaculation on the vagina area with or without clothes on.  Also i have been on the pill since sophmore year of high school, and have not had a period since then (i am now a freshmen in college).  I'm unable to get relief from this concern due to the fact that i do not recieve a monthly period so there is no way to be sure, but i'm not sure its even possible for me to be pregnant.  Thoughts?

I don't think you're pregnant. Some birth control pills can stop your period. You may want to talk to your Dr about this though. The symptoms you're having like the breast tenderness could be from the pill. Your stomach problems are most likely from colitis.

I also forgot to add that i do suffer from a gluten intolerance as well as colitis,would this more likely be symptoms of that?
