False Negative Pregnancy test after Depo?

My daughter thinks she is pregnant even after several negative pregnancy tests.  She was on depo for 9 months after the birth of her son and then she stopped taking it because of weight gain.  I have tried to reassure her that she is not pregnant.  Is it possible to get false negatives?  She has not had a period since the birth of her son.

yes it's possible get false negatives. if she's that worried she should go to her ob/gyn and get a blood test done and get on another form of b/c as well as using condoms.

I have had 4 children n after my second i went on the depo i came off after 2 injections because of weight gain and i didnt have a period for up to a year. Ithen went on n had another baby who was 8 weeks early and still born and again thought id try the depo as i wasnt prepared mentally to fall pregnant again and again icame off after a few months and i never had a period until about two month before i fell pregnant n im only 8 weeks pregnant now so plz dnt read to much into it go to your doctor im sure he will sort her out keily
