Help please birth control or pregnancy

So I had unprotected sex about a week before my period was due , but it was only stuck in and out a couple of times. ( at this time I was not on birth control) then the following weekend my period came as usual and I had the most excruciating cramps I've ever had in my life and I noticed that the blood at first was pinkish , then turned red but it had almost like tissue pieces in it ( this period is when I started my birth control called cryselle) so I was worried but my period came so I thought maybe it was my uterus shedding. My periods are usually 7 days but this period ended up only being 2 days and like a morning of 3. This is when I started to freak out because my period then became this light brown discharge which I've heard can be implantation bleeding but my period was definitely red blood ... Just super short. During the next weeks free my period had ended  my boobs have become so extremely sore and I've had mild cramping ... I don't know if these things that have happened is the birth control or if I am pregnant ?

It really sounds like your birth control could be causing all of these symptoms. You did have a period after intercourse, and have had one every month since then.
If your symptoms are really bothersome you can see your gynecologist about getting on a different brand of pills. You can do the switch right after your next period.
No, I really don't think you're pregnant. You could get pregnant by doing what you and your boyfriend did but the chances are very low.
You can always take a pregnancy test to ease your mind.
Did your Dr tell you to use condoms the first month of being on birth control? You have to do that with some brands because it can take a month for the pills to start working. Double check with him/her about this. Usually they will tell you to use other protection for the first month if you choose a brand that requires you to do so.
