i'm 13 and i'm a virgin. But i think I'm pregnant,my period hasn't come yet although i usually get it irregularly,the reason of my worrying is that i went to the public swimming pool with my friend. While we were in the water a man and a woman seemed to be having sex in the pool,and i have heard that a girl can get pregnant just by the contact of sperm with the vagina. My breasts have felt a little firmer than usual,and my areolas seem a little darker. If i AM pregnant,i don't think i have the guts to tell my mom about it,and i don't know where to get help.

Don't worry about it. You can't get pregnant unless a guy actually ejaculates inside of you and since you're a virgin, you are perfectly fine. It's common for young teens to experience irregular periods. I am 20 years old and had irregular periods for the first 6 years and I also started when I was 13.

Hi there.  It's actually quite common for girls to be irregular early on in their cycle.  The good news is that you can't get pregnant in the manner that you describe.  Take care and always remember to stay close to your mom for support as you go through different experiences.  Honestly, she wouldn't want you to worry for nothing.  and if you did nothing wrong, IE: swimming in a pool, she'd want to ease your mind as much as we do.  peace and luck dear

I wouldn't worry. I would get your mother to take you to an obgyn to help you find out why you are irregular. Sometimes cysts can cause irregular periods and it's good to be checked.
