I’m 15 years old and I grew up fast plz don’t judge but I stop having sex with my boyfriend due to lower abdominal pain and lower back pain. My period is coming up and so is an appointment for the gynecologist. My Bf did pull out and jerked out a lil bit before coming and he rarely had Precum. And my friend said she had the same symptoms for her ovarian cysts. Am I pregnant or is it ovarian cysts? I’m so scared

It's hard to say what's going on here - lower abdominal and back pain aren't really symptoms of very early pregnancy.   It will be interesting to hear what your doctor has to say at your appointment - best wishes.
