Worried about my friend?

My friend just told me that she hasn't had her period in 2 months. She also said she has weird food cravings and mood swings. She told me how she lost her virginity at a party back in December '08, but she wouldn't tell me when the last time she had sex was. I'm really concerned that she might be pregnant. Do you think she could be? How could I get her to be more concerned about this serious issue?

Thanks for the answers in advance :o)

she needs to take an hpt. that's the only way she's going to know. there is nothing you can really do to make her take it more seriously. just stress to her the importance of knowing if she's pregnant or not. that if she is she needs to get into the doctors asap and to get all the blood work done and to get on prenatals. let her know that the sooner she finds out if she is or not the sooner she can get things figured out. has she talked to her mom? or anyone else? you could go straight to her mom. i know you may  not want to upset her but think about her well being. she may be mad at you but if she is pregnant she really needs to get to a doctor. teen pregnancies tend to be higher risk than those of adults. so she REALLY needs to find out.

its very possible she can be pregnant yes espeically since she has not had her period in two months.  you cant really do anything other than be there for her and tell her to take a test

there can also be a number of reasons shes not getting her period other than pregnancy
