Worry of getting pregnant

My girlfriend and I had protected sex on 17/9 and her last period started on 30/8. Her cycle usually around 31 to 33 days. That day after I ejaculate, I continue to have sex for around 1 minute and pull out. As I pull out I noticed that the condom slipped half from my penis. The ring of the condom still tight, not sure is there any leakage or not. On 23/9 , her vagina was bleeding and the blood color is light red. I worry that it might be implantation bleeding. Any suggestion from the experts?

You are in the two week wait. Run a test the coming weekend and another a week later if still unsure. Your encounter was close to ovulation, the condom incident was unfortunate, and yes this would be timed right for implantation.

Make sure there is room for the cum at the end of the condom, don’t wait to withdraw until you are losing erection, and reach down to keep condom in place as you pull out.

If I assume the condom didn't fail, what could be the reason she bleeding?
because she had never experienced such bleeding like this time before
