Ear setback after a sinus attack.

Hi. I had a bad sinus infection two months back. My ears were badly clogged and I used to move my jaw, which sometimes helped my ears pop open. The ears popped open long ago but I hear myself loudly in one ear and there is some jaw stiffness and a feeling of pressure in the nose bridge. The sound in that particular ear is also very sensitive. It's driving me nuts. Could it still be some lingering sinus issue ? Or tmj ?
