Sorry, typing error, assymetry. Which means one side of jaw bone is larger than the other side.if there is no bony pathology, it's probable that right joint is restricted, may have disc displacement without reduction, manipulative therapy may reduce disc. Another possible cause is muscle imbalance.you do need to find a competent and experienced tmj specialist.when you find one, let me know and I'll try to help you out.

request u to please elaborate what do u mean by "mandibular assume try". By skeletal structural pathology do u mean some assymetrical development in skeletal structure. Kindly advise what are the options in such cases and chance of improvement.

Seeing an oral surgeon to determine the cause of mandibular assume try is advised. If there is no skeletal structural pathology, seeing a tmj specialist is advised.
