Could i have testicular cancer?

Hi, im 20 years old and have been experiencing some painless discomfort in my left groin, left hip left lower abdomen, and lower back area...but the confusing part is i also feel discomfort in my srotum but im not sure if its my testicle or above my testicle. Most times im pretty sure its above my testicles where my veins are but its hard to pin point exactly where the discomfort is coming from in my scrotum. Ive examined my testes for any lumps countless numbers of times and have found nothing but what seems to be a vein on the bottom which i can trace back all the way to the veins at the top. But my question really is could the job i just started two months ago( retail job at Toys R Us..since ive started my back whole back has been getting stiff) where im on my feet for atleast five hours at a time and walking throughout the whole store be causing these symptoms? i dont drink alot of water (sometimes i dont even drink any) i drink mostly soda and juice...i dont even eat a whole lot..could my body be dehydrated or somthing and cause this? im sorta worried...it doesnt hurt when i urinate..my hip,groin, abdomen, and lower back arent in pain at all..im not lacking any energy...but i can tell you the testes are wayy more uncomfortable after ejaculation and the amount of semen i produce when ejaculating seems to have noticeably decreased. I was laso wondering...it doesnt seem to bother me when im not thinking about it..could i be worrying myself into having symptoms that really arent there? i have a history of anxiety and being dramatic about things but this is the first time its related to my health..i also smoke cigarettes im sure that can have somthing to do with it. Any suggestions as to what this could be? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! thanks

thats crazy i have the exact same thing from decreased sperm (and being worse after ejectulation)- to bad anxiety. can also feel what to me seems like a swollen vein at the bottom of my left testicle that runs up the back or the testicle. doctor on monday for me...
