3rd testicle?

I have a almost a 3rd testicle i Think ive had it for 1 year or so, and lately it’s grown. It’s grown to the size of my other testicles, and i Can move it around, it feels almost like a testicle, it very wrinkled almost like a handful of resins. It doesn’t hurt touching, and isnt attached to my left testicle. I’ve read some and, and maybe it’s a swollen lump? Any ideas?

I would bring the issue to the attention of your physician or a urologist and hopefully via. physical exam and perhaps scrotal ultrasound they will be able to provide you answers to what you are feeling. If anything, it will bring peace of mind.
