Post vasectomy

I’m 10 weeks post vasectomy. Last 2 weeks I noticed a small lump in my scrotum. It’s not on the testicles. It’s definitely post-vasectomy because the Urologist didn’t notice any lump when he did the vasectomy. Still have slight tenderness in the left testicle. 42 y/o male. Is this lump vasectomy related or could it be testicular cancer
