Abnormal thyroid labs

Went to see my PCP because my mother felt my thyroid looked enlarged and because my sister had thyroid cancer, mother had Hashimoto's thyroiditis with extensive fibrosis. My lab values are as follows.
T4 free 2.16
TSH 0.03
Ant-thyroglobulin antibody 13.7
Thyroid Microsomal Ab 1634.0

Currently hyperthyroidism with positive TPO antibody.  This is autoimmune thyroid disease - either thyroiditis causing transient Hyper or Graves'  Would see an endocrinologist and w/ the family history of cancer - get an ultrasound to evaluate for nodule.
