Supplement limits for hypocalcemia

Do you have a recommendation on the maximun amount of elemental calcium one can take before it becomes a risk to the kidneys?

Do you have a recommendation on the maximum amount of a vitamin d, like Calcitroil, one can take?

It varies from person to person -- there is not a max amount necessarily.  Typically cannot absorb more than 600mg of calcium at one time.
