can u help me finding the solution?

I have done a Tc-99m pertechnetate thyroid scan and
i was diagnosed to have mild diffuse goiter, with no gross nodularity detected. normal thyroid uptake level and an euthyroid state.
I have mildly enlarged thyroid gland with no evidence of retrosternal extension detected.
A pyramidal lobe is attached to the medial aspect of the right thyroid lobe (normal variant).
Small nodules less than 1cm are hardly resolved on scintigraphy.
I have normal FT3 (3.1) and FT4(1.2) but low TSH level (0.1)
references are (2.0 - 4.2) for FT3, (0.8 - 1.8) for FT4 and (0.35 - 5.5) for TSH
please, can u help me finding the treatment?
Symptoms am suffering of: always feeling hot even in winter, sweating, depression, panic attacks, tachycardia and can't give effort.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Sounds like Graves' disease with "subclinical (mild) hyperthyroidism" - would do a TSI blood test to help confirm the diagnosis.  Would see an endocrinologist to guide treatment.  Usually I would give methimazole 5-10mg/day and recheck in 4-5 weeks....but you need to see an endocrinologist.
