low TSH, high T3, normal T4, TPOab high (I just gave birth)...

Hello

Do you know what this is. I gave birth 3,5months ago and I just wanted to know if my blood was ok, I have no symptomes...

This are the results

TSH< 0,03
T4 normal
T3 4,38
TPOab: 2994

There's been told me that it's a T3 hyperthyroism and the internist said it probably is Graves diseas...?
They only did an echo becouse I breastfeed... They say I have to take PTU
But why? I feel good...

OH, and the echo hurted...?

(sorry, I don't speek english that well...)

My TSI was normal (<0,3)...
It was an endocrinologist who said It was Graves, just by looking at my bloodresults...?
Maybe I should see an other endo?

This is either Graves' or post-partum thyroiditis.
It is important to determine which - A TSI blood test would help or recheck T4 and T3 a few weeks after initial test to determine trend.
We would usually use methimazole if an anti-thyroid drug is needed (ie, if it's Graves').
If post-partum thyroiditis, then monitor levels closely and watch for hypothyroidism.
Would see an endocrinologist if there is any doubt about the diagnosis or treatment.
