What does a Hypo and/or Adrenal fatigue patient actually look like?

I was just wondering if there are any classic visual signs of  Hypo or Adrenal fatigue or other hormonal issues?  I saw a post (which I now can't find) where one person said they could tell within 5 mins just by looking who was hypo at a gathering. If this was you what do you look for?

For instance I don't have very much hair on my upper arms and legs, my eyelids seem to have too much skin at the outer edges which sags down, giving me a tired old look (mainly in the last year only)
My chin seems to have decided to merge with my neck, not a double chin exactly more of a lack of tone, not much actual fat?
My cheek bones seem to have dissapeared.
I have a pregnant look and have gained a stone and a dress size since last summer and can't xip up my big jeans! I realise some of this could be just aging but I seem to have aged about 5 years in the last two sadly.

I am wondering if there is a list somewhere rather than odds and ends (sometimes conflicting) all over the net!

Thank you
Berlioz

The "odds & ends" is a good description -- the problem with hormonal dysfunction is that the symptoms/signs are very varied....and nonspecific (meaning, that many different etiologies exist for the same symptoms/signs).  That's why we rely upon blood tests to diagnose most of these problems -- ask you doc to check you for thyroid and adrenal disorders.
