Anyone taking thyroid meds and experiencing enamel loss?

I recently switched from Levothyroxine 50mcg to Armour thyroid 60 mg half a pill a day about a month ago. Recently I noticed my front teeth, especially the two top front teeth, have been losing enamel at a really alarming rate. Losing enamel as in they're turning clear on the edges and you can shine a blue light thru them easily. I haven't really changed anything in my diet and I don't eat or drink alot of sugar, coffee, wine, acid foods, etc. But I do sleep with a Over the Counter mouth guard cause I grind my teeth at night. But before taking Armour thyroid, I never noticed mouth guards causing this problem.....Just wanted to know, is there anyone else on Armour thyroid or thyroid meds period and experiencing something like this or similar?

My tooth enamel has cracked off on various teeth along with white spots (decay) on my teeth. This was one of my symptoms of too much thyroid hormone for a year although my teeth issues showed up earlier than a year but I'm not sure exactly when.

Please post your thyroid related test results and reference ranges shown on the lab report.

Reactions such as you mentioned when taking thyroid meds can sometimes be related to deficiencies in other areas.  Have you ever been tested for ferritin and cortisol levels?
