Can Hyperthyroidism be caused by liver or pancreas issues?

Hello, I was hoping for advice regarding some thyroid issue. The blood test shows a TSH level of 17.81 - T3 level of 2.0 - T4 level of 1.0 does this result indicate liver or pancreas problems? Taking into account that for a week now, the patient has been taking Eltroxin Levothyroxine Sodium 25 microgram a day and has a Fasting Blood Glucose level of 139 mg/dl and Glucose after 2 hours of 188 mg/dl. Please help. Thank you a million.

I'm sure any part of  the body system can affect hormone levels.  Hormone control every aspect of body system.  But only sure fire way to know is have organs tested and monitor hormone levels.

lab test results always need to be compared to their reference ranges from the same lab.  That is because lab results and associated reference ranges may vary from one lab to another.   So please post the ranges shown on the lab report for those results.  Even more important than lab test results are symptoms.  So please tell us about any symptoms that the patient has.

I will try and post the standards the lab is following and there are no apparent symptoms whatsoever
