Changes in blood work once on beta blockers?

Sorry for the multiple questions, keep it short anyone notice after years of being hypo, and still being symptomatic, and having a TSH that keeps going up over the span of five to six  years, that after taking a beta blocker in my case eight days their blood work results come back normal with a 2.5 TSH and a high t4 total???

Thank you

Thanks
