POSSIBLE HYPERTHYROID FROM TOO MUCH SYNTHROID

I TAKE .112 SYNTHROID CURRENTLY FOR HASHIMOTOS. FOR THE LAST 3 MONTHS I HAVE HAD INSOMNIA, FATIGUE, MUSLCE CRAMPS AND SPASMS. NEVER HAD ANY SYMPTOMS LIKE THESE BEFORE IN MY LIFE. MY LAST LAB MY TSH WAS .263. ENDO SAID IT WASNT THE FAR OUT OF RANGE. MY DOASAGE OF .112 IS THE LOWEST I HAVE EVER TAKEN IN 8 YEARS FOR HYPO. MY QUESTION IS CAN ALL THESE SYMPTOMS BE RELATED TO MY TSH LEVEL BEING A LITTLE LOW AND IF I GOTO .100 DOSAGE IS THAT SMALL OF A DECREASE ENOUGH TO SEE A DIFFERENCE IN SYPTOMS? CAN SYMPTOMS APPEAR AND DISAPPEAR FROM SUCH SMALL DOSAGE CHANGES?

there keeping me right around a 2.0 so i am stable here but I don't feel welll. I have hashi,s as well as hypothyroid so that might be why. But I know I don't feel well. I feel like I still have the flu. Taht is the best way to describe it:) Listen to what your heart is telling you I have anxiety regardless, but I will know if Its too much.

I haven't been lucky enough to go hyper yet . But when I am this low, I get a ton of cramps. I am foggy and then clear foggy clear. I think that your tsh is a little low, and if your having anxiety I wiould let your doctor know you don't feel well. I would cut your dose down to 100 or ask your doctor if you can rotate every other day.

Yes, I have insomnia when my hormones are high and my TSH is low. It goes away when my levels improve.

"Wired but fatigued as well."

That sounds like hyper symptoms to me.

Ask your doctor about stopping the synthroid for two or three days to get your heart settled down, and then see if you can try 100mcg for six weeks to see if that solves your problem.

You may need a beta blocker for a few weeks, but maybe not.

Your TSH is a little low, and I can see why your doctor might shrug that off. Your symptoms sound like you feel hyper, and the doctor should do something about it.

Dropping from 112mcg to 100mcg may make all the difference in the world for you. It's hard to say.

Right now I'm try a dosage adjustment that is a change of 44mcg per week to see if it helps. I'm breaking my 88mcg pill in half and taking half a pill on Sunday instead of a whole one, with my doctor's aproval. It may be enough of a change to get my levels correct.

Have you talked to your doctor about your heart rate?
