Could it be a pituitary tumor if my TSH, T4 and T3 are low?

TSH is 0.112 mcUnits/mL, T3 is 2.2 pg/mL, T4 is 0.6 ng/dL. I've been diagnosed with Hashimoto's in 2012. I'm 26 female.

To best try and assess your status we need to know the reference ranges shown on the lab report for those test results.  Are those Free T4 and Free T3 tests, or Total T4 and Total T3? Even more important, what symptoms do you have?  Since you were diagnosed with Hashi's I assume you are taking thyroid med.  Please tell us the type of med and the dosage.

TSH can be suppressed with thyroid treatment without causing hyperthyroidism.  The TSH is not a thyroid hormone so you need to then look at your free thyroid levels. Low levels indicates a hypothyroid state.
