pls help me to read my lab result

anybody here please tell me if im hypothyroid or hyperthyroid or just normal because i feel dizzy,headache,weakness,occasionally fainting,hives everyday but come and go,some pressure in the middle of my chest sometimes which is not painful and last only second hard to explain..here is my result


TPOab result 96 normal range 0-5.61
Thyroglobulin 2.91 <4.11

FT3 result is 5.03 normal range 2.80-7.10
FT4 result is 17.43 normal range 12:00-22:00
TSH result is 0.392 normal range is 0.27-4.20

I was having hyperthyroidism lastyear and i undergo for RAI after 4-5 months i became hypothyroid until my tsh slowly getting down.why is it like this?im not on medication since february
