My last two blood tests have shown high glucose, cholesterol, and TSH levels.
I have been exhausted, can't lose weight and am getting very frustrated. What king of treatment should I expect, and how soon will I feel better.

What was your actual TSH level and was that the only thyroid related test you had? If you had Free T4 and Free T3 tests, please also post those results, with corresponding reference ranges.
It depends on the levels of all three as to whether your doctor will even decided to treat you. Some doctors don't treat for hypothyroidism unless TSH is 10 or greater.
If your blood glucose is between 100 and 125, you will be diagnosed with pre-diabetes and no treatment will be given. Diabetes is not diagnosed until one has fasting glucose levels of 126 or higher. Blood glucose is also affected by thyroid hormone status.
High cholesterol is often a symptom of hypothyroidism, so if your doctor is smart, s/he will treat you for hypothyroidism and see if your cholesterol levels come down before prescribing statin drugs. You should also try lowering cholesterol levels via diet/exercise before resorting to statin drugs.
Again, treatment will depend on your test results. If treated for hypothyroidism, it takes 4-6 weeks for T4 thyroid medication (med of choice for most doctors) to reach full potential in your system, though you may begin to feel small improvements before that time.
