Eye twitches for days now, related to thyroid?

Hi ya'll!  I have had many issues over the past year or so if you like to check my other questions out.  My most recent problems have been a racing heart and now eyelid twitches.  It is on the upper eyelid on the right side.  I have had it for 3 days now.  It comes and goes usually a few times an hour.  I tried potassium, b12, heat, moisture drops, and will try Valium tonight.  It's during the Holidays so I don't know if any doctor is in.  My endo thinks I have Hashi's but blood test have yet to confirm.  I go again in a few months to recheck my t3's t4's and TSH.  Last two counts of my TSH was 0.9 and then 0.5.  That was maybe 3 months ago.  Due to the havoc my body is going thru with High Triglycerides, High Blood Pressue, OCD, Allergies, and migraines I feel like such a failure.  I am only in my twenties!  However, I am working hard at losing weight and have managed to lose some.   I have a goiter too with multiple nodules on both sides the doc keeps watch on but no diagnosis yet.   I also have ocular albanism which is albanism in the eyes which causes me to have not so good eyesight.  Should I go to the eyedoctor?  Call my regular med doctor?  Should I call my endo?  What in the world is causing these eyetwitches?

follow up -- went to a regular doc for the eye twitching, also called endo.  Endo said it could possibly be thyroid and if it keeps up to have family doc run bloodwork again.  Regular doc suggested I get off all caffeine and see if it improves.  So I got off the caffeine.  It got better and has been better for 4 days now.  Don't know if it was the caffeine or thyroid.  But thank you to everyone who responded.

I was just diagnosed with Hasi's and am still slightly hypo at the moment.  My eyelid has been twitching for well over 5months now.  it's slowly going away, but still visits me daily.

did you see how I wrote female? ( femail) - OMG  I must have really been side tracked LOL

The eye twitch can be associated to many things - yes - stress too. But in your original post - more stuff is going on and some hormone panels might be helpful to confirm or rule out issues.

My family doc isn't in for another week due to the holidays.  Thank you for your help.  When your eye twitches is it usually strictly one eye?  I've noticed too when I wash over it with a wash cloth or rub my eye , it usually starts the twitching.  Today is has lessened some.  I can count maybe only 5 or 6 occurances today.  Still there but not as often.  I took a Valium last night , don't know if that is what helped or not.  I am going to try to wait the week and see if maybe it gets better or worse.  I read that stress / anxiety can cause eye twitches too.

When mixing alot of medication for your issues - something always functions abnormal.

Here is what my thoughts are - I would call your regular doctor and ask for some hormonal testing - both femail and thyroid - maybe adrenals too.

You may pin point the issue on those. In my situation : - my eye will twitch when I am falling hypo - BUT - it also it that when I was high with Grave hyperthyroid antibodies too.
