Symptoms return after raised dose?

My Armour dose was raised from 30mg to 60mg 4 weeks ago everything was going great some of my symptoms went away or were minimized. In the last 3 days my hair started falling out again, heart palpitations started, I'm tired all the time even though I'm taking vitamins, and I'm freezing when it's 80* out. Is it normal to go through this?
I get my labs drawn in 2 weeks so I'll find out what my levels are.

It takes 4-6 weeks for the T4 in Armour to reach full potential; and less than half that for the T3 to reach its full potential.  Testing at 5 weeks instead of 6 shouldn't make a bit of difference.

Thank you for responding, Barb!
Will labs on the 5th week be any different for the 6th week? I'll find out what the doctor says though. I'd like to get answers because I feel so tired even though I'm taking magnesium, D3, and a B vitamin (of course 4 hours after my thyroid med) which normally give me more energy. :(

From what I've heard/read about Armour, it's meant to be increased at fairly regular intervals during the early stages of taking it.  It's possible that you need another increase, already.  But then it's also not uncommon for symptoms to worsen or for new ones to appear when one changes medication or dosage, so sometimes you just have to wait it out a bit to see if symptoms begin subsiding.  Since Armour has the T3 in it, it's not unreasonable to retest at 5 weeks instead of 6; can you get your doctor to agree to that so you can retest a week sooner?
