Good TSH on meds but joint pain?

Hello, My TSH has been great for the last 5 years or so.  I always aim to keep it under 1.0.
My question is should I be having unilateral joint pain and brain fog and still have chronic dry eye since my thyroid numbers are great?

What do your FT3 and FT4 look like?  They're much more relevant than TSH.  If you have them, please post them with reference ranges, which vary lab to lab and have to come from your own lab report.

If your meds are adjusted properly, you shouldn't have any thyroid symptoms.  The symptoms are due to hypothyroidism, not to Hashi's, per se.

Of course, the challenge is determining if the symptoms are thyroid related or due to the many other conditions that can cause them.  That's why it's so important to have FT3 and FT4 tested.  They don't always tell all, either, but there are a few read flags that will frequently jump out.  The more you know...

Oops sorry I clicked on your answer like it answered my question and can't figure out how to undo it, ha ha.

Anyways, I don't have those numbers.  Regular doc never wants to do them. Maybe when I see the rheumatologist.

Assuming all is fine, my question really is should those types of symptoms be gone or is it part of having hashi's?
