Graves disease

I am a mother of 4 boys my youngest having downs syndrome I was diagnosed a year or so go with early stages of graves disease plus now been put on meds for high blood pressure and antidepressant and now being accused of drug abuse and having failed a drug test then taking another and passed could the meds and any otc interact with this. I'm in a crisis with this disease
