Graves diseases

Hey

I wasn't feeling well for the last two months, so last week I've decided to go get a blood test and turns out I have Graves diseases. I went to the Endo and he prescribed 20 mg of TAPAZOLE daily and ATENOL to lower my blood pressure. I will have to go back for blood work in 3 weeks.

Can anyone tell me if I am on treatment, down the road will I still get Bulging eyes?
Also what should i look out for to get myself into remission faster?

thanks
