Yep - tonight we are at the TGIF beach. Our little shack get stuck in the floods in the midwest so I flew us to this beach.

(I paid for all your tickets to fly here since I am euthyroid and celebrating!!)  Utah's chair got trashed in the flood at the shack so I don't know what she will rock on tonight.

Jimmy Buffett offered to make an appearance - but only on CD - LOL

I got my life size cardboard posters of Annette Funicello and Frankie Avalon hosting the PaRtY tonight stuck in the sand too!

I think Carman (aka Steven Segal) will make an appearence tonight with some sort of Rum treats.

welcome to the Friday night Pub. It has been very busy for many people here. Let's face it summer is here for most of us and it is cRaZy this time of year for everyone.

I got my grass skirt and cocktail waiting for me as soon as I a done with work. AND I feel just soooo much better lately - I am buying ALL NIGHT.

Attention new posters and lurkers...... this is our thyroid release night. We try to talk "shop" with our thyroid problems - but we laugh alot too. I am sure the "oldies" on the board will get this beach party rolling and you will see that just because we have thyroid problems. We are waay cool too!!!

Face it - lately we all need to unwind on our forever search to get well!!! -- AND this is the NITE to do it.

The waters warm - i built a fire already..... I got the whop - a - to- eee started. I think I saw Don Ho!!

I love the cyber surfing. Not to exhausted to do that.  I'll take a Ginger Ale please. I am not a drinking person, but if I thought it would help me sleep, I'd take a liter marguarita.

Cheryl said she takes her med and then surfs the forum for an hour in the morning while she waits for FOOD. I do the same thing! So does Stella, but she does it at 4:00AM! What is up with that, dear? It's not normal. I'd have to go to bed at 7:00PM to do that. LOL!!

Speaking of speedos...I got a complete record of my medical stuff from my Endo. In her notes, she mentioned something about hypogonadism!!!!!!!! She's never looked in my undies (thank God) so I don't know where she gets off spreading rumors like that. It's not like I left my wife alone with her. I know, I know, too much information. And lies, all lies!!!

Suddenly I feel the urge to tell you about how big that fish was the last time I went fishing...it was thiiiiis big! I kid you not! A monster!

Sunscreen is very important for the first year over the thyroid incision if you've had surgery!!!!  Always keep it covered or else it might actually permanently heal a darker color pigment!!

I carry a lip balm SPF 30+ .. pull it out when unexpectedly in the sun or for a quick touch up .. and not makeup touchup either LOL!
