Hashi Symptoms Question

My daughter, 18, was just diagnosed with Hashimoto's, her labs are posted below. She is experiencing racing heart, double vision, dizziness, racing palpitating heart, hair loss, and shakiness. They said her labs were normal except for the Hashi antibodies. They did not give her any medication just said it would eventually die then they would medicate. They did put her on a heart monitor but we don't have any results yet. It seems to me that she is Hyper right now and they should be treating her with something. They offered and I accepted referral to an endocrynologyst but booking is several months out. In the meantime, she is suffering.

1)Can anyone tell me what my next steps should be?
2) Should she be on medication NOW? if so what?
3) What question to ask Endo to be certain they understand this disease?
4) which lab results are alarming?
