Hashimoto Syndrome and high antibodies

I was diagnosed with Hashimoto Syndrome over 30 years ago. A few weeks ago my daughter was diagnosed with the same thing. I started doing research on this illness again. I was surprised not one doctor ever spoke to me about these antibodies tests. Well I did them and I have high levels in both TPO and Antibodies regular I guess. Any advise? I started on a gluten free diet and that is helping a lot. Any advise is welcome.  Please help I feel terrible and never connected the two.

After having confirmed Hashimoto's Thyroiditis with antibodies testing, further testing of antibodies is not really necessary.  The most important tests for you wold be Free T4 and Free T3, which are the biologically active thyroid hormones.  Not sure about why you have problems posting anything on your profile.  Can you just type in the results and reference ranges here?

You were diagnosed with Hashi's 30 years ago and have never been treated for it?  Do you have symptoms of being hypothyroid?  Have you been tested for the biologically active thyroid hormones, Free T4 and Free T3?  If so, please post results and reference ranges shown on the lab report.

Yes I have been on thyroid replacement hormones the entire time. My main concern had been the lack of understanding by all my doctors about testing for all these antibodies. Apparently my are very high and must have been that way the entire time. My recent blood test results I need to pick up at doctors office. I will post the previous ones. How do I do that? I can even put a picture up in my profile. I have Apple products. Is that why I can't upload anything? Please help?.
