Hashimotos thyroiditis and hitting a wall

I have been diagnosed with Hashimoto and hypothyroidism, my doctor prescribed me levothyroxine, which has helped immensely, but in the last 6 months, I have not been able to lose any more weight.  I was 265 in 2020 and I have been at 196 for the last 6 months, diet and exercising and I have noticed some changes in mood and some energy, but the biggest thing has been my weight.  I have recently added a t3 booster Dr. Childs, which I was hoping they might help, but I was looking for some advice on what direction to take and what might be causing this? And what kind of labs can I ask to be tested.  They said my thyroid levels are still in normal range and metabolic panel looks great.  Is there a more in depth thyroid test they can look at? If you have any information or answers  to help me please let me know or if there is anything I can take that would help?

Have you been tested for the active thyroid hormones, Free T4 and Free T3?  If so, please post lab results and reference ranges, which vary from lab to lab and have to come from your own report.

What dosage of levothyroxine are taking and how long have you been on this dosage?  What T3 medication are you taking and what dosage?

I have been taking 125 mcgs of Levothyroxine for 2 years and no t3 medication.
Oh, you said you're taking a "T3 Booster" - what's that?

You said:  "They said my thyroid levels are still in normal range and metabolic panel looks great.  Is there a more in depth thyroid test they can look at?"    Do you have a copy of the lab report?  What test(s) did they do to determine your thyroid levels are in range?

There are certain tests that need to be done, but without knowing what's already been done, I can't say if it's more in depth or not.  They may already have done everything necessary.    That said, results to look for would be Free T4, Free T3, Vitamin B-12, Vitamin D, Ferritin.  If any of these are on your lab report, I'd like to know their results and the lab's reference ranges for them.
