Hashimotos
I have an antithyroglobulin of 1.2 and a TPO of 144 with a normail TSH can I still have Hashimotos? It runs in my family.

My first suggestion is a different doctor!!
With Hashimoto's, the body sees the thyroid as foreign and produces antibodies to destroy it. It can take years for them to destroy enough tissue to cause the thyroid to stop production of hormones, but symptoms usually appear long before blood tests indicate an issue.
Is TSH the only thyroid test you're getting? You need to get Free T3 and Free T4, also. Free T3 and Free T4 are the actual thyroid hormones, while TSH is a pituitary hormone and neither causes, nor alleviates symptoms. With the symptoms you have, I'd guess that your FT levels would be low in their ranges, if not below range.
What are you taking for vitamin D and B12? If your levels are dropping so quickly that you have to keep repeating courses of vitamin D and B12, why don't you just stay on them, when you get your levels up, instead of letting them drop, then having to start all over? I've been on weekly vitamin B12 injections since 2007. If I'm even a couple days late with my shot, I can definitely feel it.
If you're taking a megadose of vitamin D, instead of stopping the supplement when your levels get up, just decrease the dosage in order to maintain.

I have so many symptoms. My hair is brittle and dry, tired beyond belief, low vitamin D and B12 levels (chronic) dry skin, weight gain,joint pain, hoarse voice too name a few. I am very frustrated and have been trying to get my doctor to believe me has been difficult. This is my 4 the round of prescription Vitamin D and B12 in a years time.

My Doctor retested my TPO ab and now it came back at 898 and he still does not believe I have Hashimotos because my TSH is normal. Any suggestions on what to do ?
