I agree with Stella.  Go to the doctor and get some simple blood work done and talk to them about your symptoms and the frequency of them.  Don't let people scare you with diagnosis when no tests have been done.  And, even if it is thyroid, there are medications but I wouldn't jump the gun until you know what is wrong with you.

What tests have you had done by your doctor? That is what's needed.

I agree on the sugar testing. That was my first thought when I read your question. Usually a dump of insulin will cause a person to become dizzy and light headed until the insulin rises again at it's proper level.

Why is your neighbor so hung up on thyroid?

Let's try here to post a few more details on your symptoms. Can you do that? HAve you seen a doctor lately at all?

Try to go back a bit and give more information.

Even if it is a novel - more information is better than less.

Hi

Have you been diagnosed with a thyoid disorder?  There are so many symptoms someone can experience with the thyroid beast.  Everyone is different.  If you haven't been diagnosed - it kind of sounds like you may a low blood sugar problem.  You might want to try to stay away from sugar and get more protein in your diet with every meal and see if that helps.  Does it help if you eat something?
