Help for feeling cold

I have Hashimotos and I always feel cold, especially in the winter.(I live in the northern are of the USA. I have low blood pressure, also. I wear layers of clothes but still keep chilled. Does anyone have suggestions as to how to keep the chills off?

I keep a small space heater in my cubicle at work. Drinking hot tea throughout the day helps you feel warm from the inside. An electric blanket would also be nice at bedtime. :)

How about posting your "normal" blood test results and reference ranges also.

Do you also have other hypo symptoms, like listed in this link?
