Help my thyroid hates me!!

My name is Lindsy! I have been losing weight over the past 3 months 25lbs to be exact. My thyroid measure in at 35cm. My TSH levels 0.0006, my t3 and t4 normal. My thyroidglobulin antibody 12.2 (0.0-4.0), my thyroid peroxidase antibody 8719 (0-59). My thyroid uptake scan 79%. I have daily headaches, can sleep ever but exhausted, my resting hr 80's but any movement like walking to kitchen makes my heart race 120's and i get really short of breath. Does anyone know what this means!!! Help!!!

You're entitled to copies of your labs and you should always get them to keep for your own records, instead of relying on your memory... I certainly would not be able to memorize all of my labs... lol   I have all of my labs, dating back to something like 1999 or 2000, so I can look back and see now, that my problems really started long before my doctors even acknowledged that I had problems...

At any rate, with TSH as low as yours was, the high normal FT4 and FT3 were definitely not "normal" for you.  I'd certainly request a TSI test to rule out/confirm Graves Disease, as some people have, both, Graves and Hashimoto's at the same time, with one or the other dominant at a given time.  You certainly have Hashimoto's, so you could swing hypo at any time.

Has your doctor determined any treatment yet?

He has me on propranolol 10mg 6 times a day prn. I see him in a few weeks once all labs are back to go from there. I feel awful all the time it is hard to complete even half of my 12 hr shift!
Will I ever feel better?
Yes, but I don't understand why your doctor is making you wait several weeks before he does anything besides propranolol.  He could try methemazole to see if it will slow down thyroid hormone production...
I was on it, He told me to stop taking it.

According to the high antibody counts, it appears that you have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, which is, typically, associated with hypothyroidism, but often presents with periods of hyper in beginning stages.  According to your symptoms and TSH, you are in a hyper phase.

You should also ask for Thyroid Stimulating Immunoglobulin (TSI), which is another test to determine if you have Graves Disease.  The TPOab and TgAb that you have can be present with Graves Disease, but TSI is the definitive test for Graves.

What are the actual values for the Free T4 and Free T3?  Even though they're in the normal range, I'm guessing they're really not "normal" for you, since you've been losing the weight and seem to have other symptoms of hyperthyroidism...

I cant remember except they where borderline on high end of normal.
because they were within range i did not memorize them.
Yes,get that tsi antibody test. I'm wondering if anyone know about tsi levels, mine is 156 now after a battle with graves disease for the last year. My thyroid t4 and T3 are normal now, but my TSH is still 00.01. I'm only on 5mg methimazola, but if I don't have dairy I only have to take 2.5 of atd.
