Yes, your labs definitely indicate hyperthyroidism, since both your Free T4 and Free T3 are above the reference ranges, as well as TSH being below it's reference range...
Unfortunately, the negative TPOab doesn't necessarily mean you don't have an autoimmune disorder or cancer, though, since there's 2 more antibody tests that help determine whether you have autoimmune thyroid condition and antibody tests have nothing to do with cancer.
Graves Disease is the most common cause of Hyperthyroidism, but it's not usual for someone with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, which ultimately ends up in hypothyroidism, to have periods of hyperthyroidism in the early stages. You've already tested TPOab, which is one of the tests for Hashimoto's; now you need to get Thyroglobulin Antibodies (TgAb) to confirm or rule it out completely. Both, TPOab and TgAb can be present in small amounts with Graves Disease, but the definitive test for Graves is Thyroid Stimulating Immunoglobulin (TSI).
A thyroid ultrasound will also determine whether you have nodules, which can sometimes function independently of the thyroid and cause hyperthyroidism.
You'll need further tests to determine what's causing your hyperthyroidism and possibly medication to stop your thyroid from over producing.
I'm absolutely appalled that your doctor didn't explain anything to you or make arrangements for further testing and a treatment plan. I don't want to scare you, but hyperthyroidism can sometimes result in a life-threatening situation called a thyroid storm, which requires immediate medical attention. If, at any time, you feel like you're in distress, don't hesitate to go to the nearest ER.
You should call your doctor and discuss these results, along with your symptoms and I strongly suggest that you start looking for a good thyroid doctor with better communication skills...
Okay I just had my levels re-drawn again and wanted to come back and show them to you to see what you think, you've been very helpful Barb! I am not taking any medication, I am doing this all naturally with vitamins (B complex methylfolated, D3, Selenium and Thyrosoothe in addition to an anti-inflammatory diet and yoga.
It appears to me that I flipped from hyper to hypo, how does this happen and how does that effect me having graves' my TPO antibodies test showed no hashimotos antibodies when I had it done in March.
