Here's my labs, please help me
Please help me....Do I have Hashi's??
I was diagnosed with Graves disease and had the radio active iodine treatment a few years back, and now my symptoms are disturbing, and so are some levels Im thinking. Please tell me what you think, and what further testing you'd recommend to confirm/rule out further conditions....

Thyroid Auto Antibodies
Anti Thyroglobuli = <20 (reference range <40, unit IU/ml)
Thyroid Microplasma= 394 H (reference range 24.00 H [5.4-24] ng/ml
Free T4= 1.6 [0.9-1.8] ng/dl
Glucose= 60 L [74-106] mg/dl
Total T3= 94 [60-181] ng/dl
TSH= 3.94 [0.3-5.5] UIU/ML
Vitamin B12= 427 [ 211-911] PG/ML
Sedimentation Rate= 0 [0-20] MM/HR
Insulin Level= 6.0 [3.0-28.0] UU/ML
My saliva testing is as follows:(Diagnose Techs Inc)
Note: I started my period Sep 8th, had testing done Sep28th, then started period again Oct1st.
My Testosterone- 13 Normal
My Estrone- 31 (says normal for age16-39 is 30-58pg/ml)
Estradiol- 19 ( in normal high range for Luteal)
Estriol-11 (Postmenopause-7-18, HRT Target Range 14-38, and cycling female 12-25)So, that's slightly low.
Progesterone 335 (HRT Target Range 100-300, Follicular 20-100, Luteal 65-500). Um, confused. Am I high or low for my cycle time?
FSH- 157 (Premenopausal-<125, Postmenopausal 90-500) that's high, Im no where near menopause, Im in my twenties.
LH-44 (Premeno- 8-30, HRT- 8-30, Postmen-NO HRT 25-200)- so thats high as well, for my age.
My cortisol at 7-8am is 9 (depressed)
at 11-noon- is 8 (normal)
at 4pm-5pm is 1 (very depressed)
at midnight is 3 (normal)
My DHEA is a 4 (normal)

As far as I know the test for thyroid are TSH, FT-4, F/T-3 with antibodies to confirm and uptake. Uptake can relate Hypo/Hashi and Hyper/Graves', (as well as nodules), but it can't relate to how sever they are, only TSH, FT-4, F/T-3 can tell this.
Test for possible other health conditionsI have no clue, you'd have to discuss this with your doctor.
I know this is frustrating but keep hanging in there and don't stop looking for answers until you get them, for you deserve them.

No! you go off meds., how else would they know the thyroids true states. My Lab wanted me off meds. 2 months prier uptake and I am RAI 11 years.
So, what other testing would you recommend to rule out further things? I want a diagnosis, I've gone for years without one, that's my goal.
I've read a lot about Selenium helping to reduce thyroid antibodies.It's controversial still though. There have been recent newer tests, and who wants to be a part of those.
Now, trying to make hide nor hair of these blood test results....which one did I get? Was I tested for the TPOAb, I know there are several abbreviations for these things. Thank you for all your help.
Also, what would happen with the vaccine for shingles? and what is a kenelog? I've never heard of those, or a reaction like that.

I understood if you have had radioactive iodine to kill your thyroid that you should not go off medication for taking another uptake test. I was told that I could not have another one because that I could not be off of the medication. I had my ablation going on 5 years ago and am still having problems with hyper thyroid but a dr. on call gave me a vaccine for shingles and then they gave a kenelog 40 suspension about a week later because of reaction and it messed up my thyroid and I went from .18 to 3.97 in about 14 days. The doctor moved my armour thyroid from 90 mg. to 180mg. I think he should turn me over to a specialist, however, this has been tough for me and I think sometimes they do the second ablation. Who knows what to do. I wish you well.

Antibodies are not curable nor treatable - nothing can be done about them.
Antibodies are present in a high proportion of people with chronic thyroiditis, are also present in lesser numbers of people with other thyroid diseases. Other autoimmune disorders such as Sjögren syndrome, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, and pernicious anemia are sometimes positive for TPOAb. And in number of people that have no evidence of thyroid disease.
Therefore, thyroid levels are the prevailing diagnose and for treating.

How can you tell if you have Hashi's based on blood results? I thought it was simply the presence of antibodies.

To correct conversion problem, add t3 supplement to your t4 supplement or add Armour as you are doing.

Ive been off the syntroid for 4 days now, I was only on 75 mcg. My T4 was pretty good, so I wanted to completely get off it before starting the Armour to get it out of my system. Also, my throat has been bothering me, so I might get a thyroid scan, which I think you have to be off meds for that test anyway.
I just went off the synthroid. Im suppose to start Armour 30mcg twice a day. I think though because of my low cortisol, Im going to start with the Armour only once a day. I read a lot about if the adrenals are not supported then the Armour won't work correctly. Im trying to avoid HC and support adrenals with these Adren-All vitamins he's given me. What do you think.
How can I tell if the Graves is still effecting me? I had the RAI about 3-4 years ago. Is there a blood test to see if the RAI is still in my system? I know with the presence of antibodies tells something.

I don't see Hashi per your thyroid levels and/or antibodies,
but a possible conversion problem.
